Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the Broke and the Bookish and here are the books that we’re super excited to read!!!
We’ll each be doing 5 books.

I got all of these from my to-read list on Goodreads. They’re the last 5 books I added by date. Feel free to add me there!!! My username is https://goodreads.com/annikakyra 🙂
The Girl From Everywhere by Heidi Heilig – All I know is that this book is about time travel AND I LOVE TIME TRAVEL. This is also a debut book, which in my book, is always a plus. This is set to be released on Feb 16, 2016. Not too far away!!
Hunted by Meagan Spooner – There aren’t many details about this book yet. All that we know is that it’s a Beauty and the Beast retelling. I LOVE IT ALREADY. Unfortunately, it’s set to be released in 2017 😦
The Year We Fell Apart by Emily Martin – I love a good contemporary book about friendship and romance. I’m hoping that this one doesn’t disappoint!
The Love That Split the World by Emily Henry – Well look right here! It’s another time travel book. It seems like I just can’t have enough of them 🙂
Assassin’s Heart by Sarah Ahiers – This just sounds like a cool high fantasy series about assassins and romance. TOTALLY RIGHT UP MY ALLEY!!

Add me on Goodreads friends!!!!
Never Never: Part Three (Never Never #3) by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher – I’ve read the first two parts in less than a day and I. Need. Answers. Tarryn Fisher x Colleen Hoover is the perfect combination of magic realism and contemporary fluff!!! I didn’t expect myself to have fallen in love with this story as much as I did. I can’t wait for this to be released by the end of January!
November 9 by Colleen Hoover – If you look at my activity on Goodreads, you can see that I’ve been reading a lot of CoHo’s works lately. I read the Slammed series followed by Never Never so it’s no surprising that I recently added November 9 to my TBR!
And I Darken (The Conquerors Saga #1) by Kiersten White – I’m a complete sucker for monarchial fantasy and this book meets my expectation with a hint of historical fiction! Also, the cover itself was enough to lure me to checking it out. It’s set to be released June of this year and I’m excited.
Bright Smoke, Cold Fire by Rosamund Hodge – No cover yet, but Rosamund Hodge has become one of my favorite go-to authors whenever I wanted to read fantasy retellings with its own magical twist! The blurb of this book was straight to the point:
This new series, pitched as “Romeo and Juliet meets Sabriel,” re-imagines Shakespeare’s story of feuding families and doomed lovers in a city threatened by necromancers and protected by “the Juliet,” a girl born in every generation with powerful magic.
Safe to say that I have high expectations for this one after loving every single work Rosamund has published so far! This is set to be published September of this year! Yay!
Blackhearts by Nicole Castroman – Kyra texted me to check out this book and after reading its description I added it to my TBR! This is set to be released February of this year!! Not a long wait now!!!!!
A lot of these are on my pre-order list for this year. 2016 is going to have some amazing books! I really love reading time travel books, but I always worry there is too much jumping around. Still, I can’t wait to read The Love That Split The World.
